Class Schedule
Tuesdays 7:45-8:45pm: Strength & Vinyasa
Thursdays 6:15-7:15pm: Grounding
Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm: Strength & Vinyasa
Sundays 2:00-3:00pm: Strength & Vinyasa
Sundays 3:15-4:15pm: Awareness
Every 3rd Sunday of the month: 4:30-6pm: Connection
Join the Community
Sign ups open every Sunday at 5pm for the week.
To keep practicing yoga accessible, all classes (except the special Connection classes) are pay-as-you-wish.
- For those with limited budget, $50 per person is suggested minimum.
- For others, $120 is suggested minimum with an option to pay more to help this community going.
- A $50 cancellation fee applies to cancellations within 12 hours of class.

Come to class dressed comfortably for movement:
- Yoga mats, blocks, straps & knee mats available at the studio
- Let Victoria know if you have any injuries or conditions she should know of

About Victoria
Victoria Ahn is a certified yoga teacher with a Masters in Expressive Arts Therapy. She believes that when people are equipped to engage with their own wellbeing and creativity, powerful things happen. Her focus is on making wellbeing accessible, by offering services to people with special needs, youth, migrant workers and low-income communities. This includes not only her role as a yoga teacher, but also as an arts therapist, volunteer swim coach and nonprofit professional. Victoria was born in Korea, educated in the United States, and she’s now living in Hong Kong with her husband, Jonathan, and their cats.

Class Features
All backgrounds are welcome to Victoria’s classes.
If you’re completely new to yoga or healing from an injury or surgery, an Awareness class is a good place to start. Also, Victoria strives to make classes financially accessible to people on limited budgets, so please contact us if you have any questions.
Awareness (60 mins)
This class features:

Gentle movements to explore mobility, develop flexibility and enhance coordination

Breathing practices to aid connection between body and mind

Guided meditation facilitating attention to the present experience
Grounding (60 mins)
This class features:

Physical practice with long holds in postures to support mobility, strength and balance

Use of mantra and mudra to bring focus and positivity

Guided relaxation to support physical and mental restoration
Strength & Vinyasa (60 mins)
This class features:

Intention setting through mantra

Moving continuously through poses against gravity, at the pace of the breath

Dynamic strengthening physical practice

Guided relaxation to restore the body and mind
Connection (90 mins)
This class features:

Gentle yoga

Art prompts for quiet reflective art-making using simple art materials: water colors, pencils, pastels, etc.
