Connecting with our community through wellness and art events

We collaborate with movers and shakers in our community to bring you events hosted in our cozy, light-filled space.

Hosted regularly are yoga classes offered to students of all levels, and are even in a pay-as-you-wish model to enable accessibility to all. As a yoga studio, we provide mats, blocks, straps and knee pads for all classes.

For special events, we host art exhibitions, food tastings, workshops and other events in our venue. We love bringing our community together through connecting creative minds. Let us know if you’d like to partner up and host events in our space.

A series of yoga classes for students of all levels. Each time slot has its own theme on Grounding, Strength & Vinyasa, or Awareness.

Connection – Yoga & Art-Making Class – Victoria Ahn

A 90-minute class every 3rd Sunday of the month, for us to explore and create together. The class starts with a gentle yoga session, then an art-making meditation, and ends with a sharing session.
