An active flow to restart the week.
A 60-minute vinyasa yoga class designed to release physical tension and reset the mind. We start with a steady, rhythmic flow to build warmth and settle into the breath, followed by a themed sequence that evolves each month. A straightforward, effective practice, with a balance of familiar staples and fresh challenges, to leave you feeling grounded and energised in the middle of the week.
All levels welcome.

Hi, I’m Stefanie.
I believe that yoga—and each pose—is a container for developing resilience and balance in life. While I offer you the invitation of movement, shape and breath, the practice remains your own deeply personal experience: bring curiosity and intention to explore how practice may serve you today.
My approach is informed by years navigating corporate and startup life, alongside responsibilities as a primary caregiver and working with the marginalised. Drawing on over 15 years of Ashtanga practice, and ongoing study in sound therapy, breathwork, and anatomy, I hold a stable, inclusive space where we can balance effort with ease. My goal is for you to leave the mat feeling grounded, inspired, and reconnected to yourself.
