A slower flow for a mid-week reset.
An intentional “me-time” hour to reconnect and release tension before the day ends. This class focuses on building awareness, using longer holds and mindful movement to explore alignment, balance, and range of motion. We start with the breath and end with restful, restorative stillness.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
About Stefanie
Hi, I’m Stefanie.
I believe that yoga—and each pose—is a container for developing resilience and balance in life. While I offer you the invitation of movement, shape and breath, the practice remains your own deeply personal experience: bring curiosity and intention to explore how practice may serve you today.
My approach is informed by years navigating corporate and startup life, alongside responsibilities as a primary caregiver and working with the marginalised. Drawing on over 15 years of Ashtanga practice, and ongoing study in sound therapy, breathwork, and anatomy, I hold a stable, inclusive space where we can balance effort with ease. My goal is for you to leave the mat feeling grounded, inspired, and reconnected to yourself.
