A word from Victoria
Hi friends,
One of the greatest gifts we can offer each other is the recognition that, despite our apparent differences, we have far more in common than we often realize. It is through the sharing of our experiences and the reflection on our shared humanity that we can deepen our collective wisdom and cultivate a profound sense of unity.
Let’s practice connection by coming together and exploring and creating together.
We will begin our time together by chanting OM. In yoga, the chant of OM connects us to the universe. It is chanted as a tripartite sound which represent the three states of consciousness: waking, dreaming, and deep sleep. It is a practice that brings balance and calm.
From here, we will transition into the creative. We will individually respond to prompts through art making and self-expression.
To close our practice, we will gather in a sharing circle, where each of us will have the opportunity to reflect on our experiences and bear witness to one another’s stories. In this sacred space, may we find the courage to be vulnerable, to listen deeply, and to cultivate a deeper sense of connection and understanding.
Let’s Connect soon,
Victoria
