Yoga Preset with Stefanie
Set up your body and mind for recovery. Stefanie will guide you through an accessible sequence to mobilise the spine, shoulders, and hips—freeing up the fascia to maximize your session. Combined with functional breathwork to downstep your nervous system into a parasympathetic state, leaving you grounded and primed for your contrast protocol.
No prior yoga experience required.
This is a special collaboration between workshop ten and its neighborhood recovery hub, The Ice Bath Club.
The Ice Bath Club is a social wellness and recovery hub designed to reset both body and mind. Built around contrast therapy, the facility features communal cold plunge pools, an aromatic wood sauna, and a warm magnesium salt bath to ease muscle tension and calm the nervous system. Beyond recovery, it serves as a vibrant community space complete with an on-site café, making it as much a place to connect and unwind as it is to recharge.

Hi, I’m Stefanie.
I believe that yoga—and each pose—is a container for developing resilience and balance in life. While I offer you the invitation of movement, shape and breath, the practice remains your own deeply personal experience: bring curiosity and intention to explore how practice may serve you today.
My approach is informed by years navigating corporate and startup life, alongside responsibilities as a primary caregiver and working with the marginalised. Drawing on over 15 years of Ashtanga practice, and ongoing study in sound therapy, breathwork, and anatomy, I hold a stable, inclusive space where we can balance effort with ease. My goal is for you to leave the mat feeling grounded, inspired, and reconnected to yourself.
