Join the Class
Embrace the true spirit of the season stepping away from the festive frenzy. Join us for a gentle, heart-opening yoga practice to quiet the mind and release body tension, followed by a sharing circle to ground the holiday spirit in genuine connection and appreciation.
To help you carry this peaceful feeling home, you’ll create your own Christmas Gratitude Jar—a beautiful keepsake to fill with daily moments of joy. We will supply paint markers and materials such as ribbons and paper, and help you with ideas to decorate your jar in your own style. We’ll also write some gratitude notes together to kickstart a new habit.
Leave feeling centered, connected, and ready to experience the holidays with more peace and presence.
